We only use oat milk as other dairy alternatives take a much higher toll on the environment and oats grow prolifically in the UK. Minor Figures is London-based and they get their oats from the UK, are carbon neutral and their oat residue goes towards livestock feed.

Minor Figures are coffee people. Over the years they have been baristas, roasters & cafe owners. They know firsthand the challenges of finding great dairy-alternatives and the compromise to quality that invariably comes with them. They have put all of this knowledge & experience into creating an Oat Milk that tastes truly amazing. Plant-based drinks are not only great for health and wellness but also one of the ways in which society can resolve some of the issues our world faces.
