Sustainability is at the core of everything we do at Heath Street Bakehouse, from our ingredients to people. We want to ensure we are doing all we can to limit our impact on the planet and its people.

People

At The Bakehouse, we understand our responsibility to reduce waste within the hospitality sector. We use a mixture of Too Good to Go, donation, and menu planning to keep the wastage within the bakery to a minimum.
