Naturally grown amongst the olive trees and picked by locals across the Cycladic island of Naxos, Greece. Here the chamomile flowers are lighter than standard chamomile due to the micro-climate of Naxos's altitude purer growing conditions. Can be enjoyed with on it's own, with milk OR vegan friendly oat milk.
They are working to resurrect ancient herbal infusions by working with farmers, foragers and ethnobotanists to ensure they can produce tea as honestly and transparently as possible.
