By day, Heath Street Bakehouse is home to hand-rolled pastries, naturally leavened
loaves, and a menu rooted in seasonal simplicity. By night, the counter transforms into Crust & Cuvée—a warm, friendly, experience of small plates, fantastic wines, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails.
Available Thursday to Saturday from 6–10pm, the menu celebrates a zero-waste ethos and exceptional seasonal produce. Expect charcuterie boards, grilled sourdough with whipped seasonally infused butter, and vibrant dishes like nduja focaccia, seared scallops with kai caviar, and burrata with grilled peaches. House-made desserts reimagine our pastry leftovers into indulgent new forms.
